I’m wondering if the Cleve team has any insight on the ideal number of hashtags to use with LinkedIn posts?
I usually include 2-3 hashtags relevant to the niche. Sometimes, the post gets lot of engagement but other times, it falls flat.
Please let me know if you have any insight on this.

From my experience, hashtags seem to have little importance right now, and LinkedIn doesn't seem to care that much.
Similar effects seem to be happening on all social media platforms as the platform algorithms are getting better at understanding natural language too. Instagram for example, seems to not put much weightage towards the hashtags too, and many creators on LinkedIn and Instagram just don't add hashtags now.
But I'd say no harm putting a few hashtags if you'd like. You can just put maybe 3-4 at the bottom of the post.
