I’ve been creating content on LinkedIn for the past 6 months. I noticed that when I use specific hashtags like community or motivation , I get more views. It looks like LinkedIn algorithm prioritizes certain hashtags based on the number of people following them.
Does anyone know how to know which Hashtags to use along with my post?

Generally there's a few schools of thoughts on this. From our experiments, the current LinkedIn algorithm doesn't seem to prioritise hashtags like it used to, so the effect of adding or not adding hashtags doesn't seem to be so significant.
I think in your niche if you see community and motivation consistently being used by other creators that are bigger in the niche, it might be worth adding those to the post though, as some people may want to browse other posts in the same topic areas.
In summary, I wouldn't spend hoursss trying to figure out what's the right hashtags for LinkedIn. Most of your effort is better spent connecting with the right people, and focusing on what kind of content you want to put out :)
